What is the Ordering Process?

You are able to order or enquire about one of our many services by telephone, fax, email and online using our website. Once a booking has been made with our office staff you can opt to pay over the phone using a credit or debit card, or pay our driver by means of cash or cheque.

Skip Hire and Roll/On-Off Hire

Once you have selected your size and the booking has been made with our office team we will endeavour to have your skip delivered on the date you have specified and to the particular time, if you have specified one. Our general rule of thumb is that you are able to hire the skip for up to 2 weeks. After this period you may receive a telephone call from us asking what the status of the skip is. Once your skip is full you can call us for a collection and we will endeavour to have it collected as soon as possible. This is often the same day, unless you call us late PM or we are under pressure in busy periods. With skip hire our general rule of thumb is that your skip must be paid for before it is taken away. This can be done by calling our office team with a credit or debit card, or by giving cash or cheque to our driver.

Grab Loader Hire

Once you have selected which type of load the grab loader is going to be removing (often either muck/hardcore or rubbish) and the booking has been made with our office team we will endeavour to have a grab loader with you on the specified date and time we have agreed. With our grab loader service our general rule of thumb is that the load must be paid for before it has been grabbed. This can be done by calling our office team with a credit or debit card, or by giving cash or cheque to our driver.

I'm An Account Customer, Can i book online?

If you hold an account with us you are able to view your job history and view future jobs that you have scheduled with us. You are also able to book new jobs at existing sites. In addition to this you are able to print off tip tickets and use special search features to find specific jobs. If you hold an account with us and would like to make use of our client area please call 01708 555 666 for a username and password.

Our online service has been designed so that jobs at existing sites can be booked with us efficiently, requiring us to call you back to confirm the booking. This means you can order with us without paying a penny for phone calls or faxes.

There is currently no method which allows the booking of new sites (sites at new addresses) using our online system. This is because setting up a new site may require information that may not necessarily be best described by using one of our booking forms. For example in depth directions or points of caution.

Do You Recycle Your Waste?

With the increasing demands on land-fill we are fully aware of the importance of re-cycling waste. A very high proportion of the waste that comes into our Rainham facility is sorted using advanced machinery. We have invested heavily over the years to have equipment for waste separation and now have achieved enviable rates of recycling. As a result we are able to re-sell some of our waste as building materials. Reducing the remaining proportion of waste sent to land-fill and for projects in which our waste can be re-used is under constant review.

Conditions Of Hire?

If the hirer directs a vehicle delivering or collecting a container to leave the public highway they shall fully indemnify the above company in respect of any claims or losses. Council permits are compulsory and must be obtained by the customer. Lamps will be supplied by the above company - but it is the hirer's responsibility to ensure lamps are charged and lit at night. Failure to do so may result in a call out and service charge from the Council. Customer's own responsibility to see skips are not overloaded. Level loads only permitted.
